NomaPod is designed for personal outdoor seating and desk use within its stated limits (including the 300 lb seat capacity and 15 lb desk load). Always set up the product on stable ground and follow the included instructions. Do not exceed stated capacities or leave the product deployed in high winds or severe weather. We are not responsible for damage or injury resulting from misuse, modification, or use contrary to instructions.
Disclaimer of warranties; limitation of liability
Except as expressly stated by us in writing, the Site and our products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of the above may not apply to you and you may have additional rights.
